Step 1: Install the ASCEND Shopify App

1. Visit the Shopify App Store: Click here to go to the Shopify App Store.
2. Download the ASCEND App: Once on the store page, click the 'Install' button to download the ASCEND app.
Follow the prompts to integrate it seamlessly with your Shopify store.

Step 2: Register Your Account

1. Create a Login: Navigate to the registration page and enter your details to create a secure login for your ASCEND account.
2. Register Your Organisation: Provide the required information needed to register your organisation.

Step 3: Link Your Accounts

1. Connect External Accounts: To maximise the insights provided by ASCEND, please link the following external accounts:

Facebook: Understand your audience engagement and reach
Google Ads: Monitor your advertising campaigns and ROI
Google Analytics: Track your website performance and user behaviour
Instagram: Analyse your social media presence
Klaviyo: Integrate your email marketing data for comprehensive analytics
Meta: Get paid insights from Facebook and Instagram

Step 4: Explore Your Dashboard

1. Discover the Power of ASCEND: Once your accounts are linked, access your dashboard to explore the features and insights ASCEND offers.

Centralised Interface: Access all your e-commerce data in one convenient location
Customisable Dashboard: Tailor your dashboard to highlight the metrics and insights most important to you
Data Visualiser Tool: Utilise our data visualisation tools to transform raw data into easy-to-understand charts and graphs
Up-To-Date Data: See up-to-date information about your store's performance
