Generating Reports: Steps to create and customise reports.

The Data Visualiser Tool is an essential feature of our platform, offering users the ability to explore detailed insights, view multiple metrics simultaneously, and analyse data with ease. With distinct colour coding, granular daily breakdowns, and easy export options, this tool is designed to simplify data analysis and enhance decision-making processes. Follow the steps below to create and customise reports using the Data Visualiser Tool.

Step 1: Access the Data Visualiser Tool
To begin generating your report, access the Data Visualiser Tool from your dashboard:

1. Log in to your account on our platform.
2. Navigate to the Data Visualiser Tool from the main menu.

Step 2: Select Data Sources & Metrics
Choose the data sources and metrics you want to include in your report:

1. Click on the + comparison button to endable the data source dropdown menu.
2. Select the relevant data source and click on the metric you wish to analyse.
3. Choose up to four metrics to view simultaneously (two on mobile).
4. Each selected metric will be colour-coded for clarity.

Step 3: Explore Granular Insights
Dive deeper into your data with granular insights:

1. Click on the ‘Daily Breakdown’ tab to view daily trends.
2. Analyse each metric on a day-to-day basis to identify patterns and changes.

Step 4: Export Your Report
Easily export your data for reporting and sharing:

1. Click on the ‘Export’ button.
2. Select the checkbox to include colours and styling.
3. Press download to export the data excel sheet.
4. Open the Excel sheet to view the data; each selected metric will be organised into its own separate tab for easy navigation and analysis.
