How to Submit a Support Request in the ASCEND Help Centre.
Access the Help Centre:
1. Go to the Help Centre and click on Submit a request at the top of the page.
2. Add your Email Address
Enter Details:
1. Provide your organisation name
2. Provide your site name
3. Select your ticket query from the following options:
Data Provider Issues
Error Messages
General Support
Log In / Account Issues
New Feature Request
4. Select the priority level
5. Provide a subject and description of the problem
Attach Files:
1. Add any necessary attachments.
Note: The file size limit is 7 MB
Submit Your Request:
1. Click Submit to send your support request.
We appreciate your ticket request and will get back to you as soon as possible.
