Connectivity

This can only be completed once you have set up your connection to your Shopify store.

To set up your integrations, head to Settings > Integrations. Next to Klaviyo, click Connect.

You will be redirected to Klaviyo. Ensure you are logged into Klaviyo with an account that has the necessary access to connect with ASCEND. Click "Allow" to approve the connection. This permission enables ASCEND to monitor activity on your Klaviyo flows and campaigns.

On the platform you will now be able to view you metrics.
