Your data is owned and controlled by you. When you connect your third party platform data to Ascend, you control what data we get access to through the authentication controls managed directly by those platforms. You will provide us with the authority to access only the data you are happy to share with us.

When you disconnect a data provider the underlying data is removed from our platform. All traces of your data is removed fully and completely from our servers as soon as you decide that you no longer want to use that data in our platform. Your data is always in your control and under your ownership.

Data is full anonymised. Ascend uses parts of the data you share with us to create sector and industry aggregates which are used for insights, benchmarking and to I’m prove our product for you. No personal or individual data points are used, only averages and aggregates that are completely anonymous. This is how we are able to offer such a great product at such a low cost, and in most cases, at no cost at all.

No personal data. In order to ensure that we are not risking any form of GDPR liability for you or for us, Ascend does not access or store any customer data or personally identifiable information (PII). Your customer’s data is none of our business, and we aim to keep it that way.
